Just new to the forum so hoping that my first thread will be fine. My hubby and I are hoping to start a family at some stage this year, I am an insulin-dependent diabetic with a hba1c of 8.4 - too high to even think about it. I would be so thrilled to hear from anyone else who is thinking about conceiving and dealing with diabtes as well. If you can offer any hints or tips that would be fab as it really is a huge daily battle and its so hard knowing you can't really get pregnant when it's all you really want to do.
