Start eating like crazy after starting their vitamins and TTC the first couple months? I feel like no matter what I eat or when I eat or how much I am always starving!!!:munch: Does anyone know how to maybe help curb this hunger? I feel like I have been forcing myself to go hungry lately because I am afraid of eating too much. I eat my meals and everything just fine but I'm just so hungry in between especially in the early afternoons and evenings after dinner/before bed:shrug:

i feel like this anyway so i cant say if its the vitamins or not, i take pregnacare conception.

i have just started a diet and i constantly feel hungery but had my 1st fertilty appointment and they want me to try loose a bit of weight and see if it makes a difference. im slightly overweight but not by too much, they always play the weight card!!

You always get hungry in 2WW - your metabolism jumps up by 20% along with your temps - so you eat more because you need more energy. I've been stuffing my face for the past few days and still feeling hungry, and then got on scales thinking I was probably piling on pounds, but I actually lost a pound!

So I wouldn't worry too much - if you feel really hungry what helps me is drinking tea/coffee or eating lots of veg and fruits. Also nuts help - you only need little bit and they fill you up...or PB with banana - that's also good :)

~ hope that helped

It is actually recommended that you eat several small meals a day anyways. That is the healthiest way to eat instead of 3 big meals a day. Your body can process and digest the food in smaller increments and thus can lead to a healthy diet. Do not starve yourself, it will only make things worse.

I am currently going to medical school and the things we have learned about how the body works has been fascinating! Just continue eating your small meals and you will be ok :)
