Did anyones first baby come really quick?

Baby no. 2 is due in 9 weeks. My first baby came so quick that there wasn't even time for gas and air! I dialayed from 2 cm to 10 cm and was pushing within the hour! Waters had broken a good 10 hours before but nothing at all happened for hours. They second babies come really quick, but you don't get much quicker than that! Eek!!!

my first was 4 hours, 2nd 45 mins, 3rd 10 hours - homebirth..... x

I hope my little girl is a quick labour. But from the looks of things at the moment, shes breech - so c section is in order.

Wow, interesting that your second was so quick then your 3rd was the longest of all. 45 mins, really? Was that from the first sign of labour? Was it very painful, they say mine was so painful because I dialayed so quick. Was your longer labour less intense?

1st = 10hrs start to finish, 2nd 5-6 hours, 3rd 6.5 hours (an induction).....4th???

my 1st started at half 3, but got to hospital at half 7 at night was 5 cms and dilated to 10cms within 5 minutes and had my daughter by 9pmxx
