I'm only about 4+5 at the mo we told my mum and dad last week as soon as we found out and I told my best friend and that is it for now, I want to try to leave as long as possible, might tell my sister and his sister end of this week but will see how we feel I'm too scared of something happening but fingers crossed all will be well and to you guys too

I only told people that are close to me, like family, close friends, I am not going to offically announce it on my FB until next week after the 12 week scan...I'm going to start buying baby stuff after that as well!

I told immediate friends and family within hours of getting a positive test! We'd been trying for 18 months and I'd had surgery a couple of times for endo during that period - they'd all been supporting me through that and would regularly ask for updates so it felt completely right to tell them as soon as we knew.

I'll be telling everyone else including FB friends, work associates and the rest of the world tomorrow hopefully - I've got my 12 week scan and if all is good then I think it's time (and I'm really struggling to keep my mouth shut!)

Hun....do not freak out. Pregnancy is supposed to be an exciting time to enjoy and share with those you love. It doesn't last forever so take in every second of it and let people be happy with you guys!! Even though we had a m/c in June, I told family and close friends the second that we got the BFP. Told FB and the rest of the world after the first u/s at just 6 weeks. I don't really believe in waiting. Like I said it's so exciting and such an amazing gift to be prego. Enjoy it!!!!

We told immediate friends and BnB gals of course, lol right away...basically anyone who knew we were TTC and asked for constant updates got told. We waited until my 6 week scan where we saw a hb to tell family. We'll be telling the world at 12 weeks... I'm feeling positive about this pregnancy but I also kind of like having a secret! Its a relief that family knows though so I don't have to hide my MS etc.

I've only told my boss at work at the mo, in case something happens or I get bad m/s. Off to the doc tomorrow, then we're telling our families and close friends after the 24th, as it's MIL's birthday and we're going to see them. We wanted to tell them face to face. Then everyone else after the 12wk scan.

It's killing us keeping our mouths shut!!
