Hey!

The Diet Chef advert was on TV again so I was looking to see what type of foods they do for £47.50! A WEEK!

I tried the personal profile:

and evidentially I have a normal BMI tried hubby and he does not but when it came up saying he should reduce weight it offered up a Free Trial Sample - with DVD and soup sample!

So I signed him up (I'm sure he will love me for it! ) Will let you know what comes in the post! xx

Oops forgot to post! Yep 300g sachet of lentil and vegetable soup, diet DVD and leaflet! Not tried the soup yet! X

let me know what its like cos im interested in maybe trying it but i think they are robbing barstewards hehe
