Diet plan help!! Eek!!

Well I am now ready to start loosing weight, I have a lot to loose,and no motivation, :blush:

I am a snacker!! And can't stop munching through the day, and always do big portion sizes

Love crisps:blush:

Help me find a diet and exercise plan please :haha:

And have to kids to look after and house/home
 
Hey I was in the same boat 2 kids and a business to run I have alway been about 8st but when I had dd I gained alot and never lost it the when she was 7 month I fell preg again so didnt see the point in trying to loose weight while preg. So had ds in December and for a New Years resalution I was getting back to my pre pre preg weight I done verious excercise DVDs 30 day shred etc, running with babies in pushchair, sit ups. I ate cerial for breakfast soup or salad for lunch and a normal supper. If I wanted to snack I would have fruit or nuts or raisins or something like that. I'm now back to 8 stone just under at the min. Good luck. X
