Hiya,

I've just ordered the Peach after originally wanting the Apple. As far I can see the Peach is a little bit more compact, a bit lighter and folds up a bit easier. When you compare the two next to each other the Peach does look a lot smaller but I've been assured that is designed to fit kids up to the same age etc. The Peach has solid wheels rather than air. Means no punctures but not sure what it means in terms of comfiness of baby of different surfaces. Both have an adaptor system so you can turn it into a double buggy if you need.

The set up seems to be the same in that you have to buy the carrycot separately, the maxicost car set still fits it etc. You can use the carrycot for sleeping but have to buy a separate mattress.

The Peach is about £75 more expensive.

I actually like the look of the Apple more as its more chunky. However, I thought I would go for the Peach because one of my worries on the Apple was that it as too heavy and I would get fed up with it quickly.

Overall though there's no major differences apart from the size/look. Some people on here have mentioned that they have gone for the Apple purely because the Peach is brand new and might have teething problems.

Have a look on the website, has some good info. https://www.icandyuk.com

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions and I will try and remember what they said in the shop - I've been into John Lewis comparing them about 10 times!

That's surprising that they didn't have it in your JL - did you ask someone when it will be on their floor? I got mine from JL, and they were the first place around here to have it (several weeks back).

I honestly cannot note any specific differences as I didn't do much of a comparison... I never really liked the Apple all that much so I didn't examine it especially closely. I fell in love with the Peach immediately, when I saw it and then especially when I started pushing it around and playing with it. It is definitely lightweight and very easy to fold.

If I were you I'd definitely wait until your shop gets the Peach in so you can try it out, or find another retailer that has it.

I just wanted to say i have the Apple and its amazing to push + Sienna looks so snug and comfy in it :) I am a mega pram-a-holic and can say this is by far the best one i have EVER had.. I am so pleased i sold my Silver Cross to fund it :)

Hiya,

Main difference? The WEIGHT - the apple is incredibly heavy, deceptively so.

One other thing about the Peach is that the carrycot is approved for overnight sleeping, so you can actually use it instead of a moses basket (you need to buy a separate, 'breathable' mattress for like £10).

Here are a couple pics of my Peach (this is the 'blackjack' color, although it isn't black, more like a brown... almost a plum!):

Oooooh, I love it in this colour...just peeking in from 2nd tri! I have the Peach on order in tomato, it's lush and like someone else has said, more compact than the Apple. We wanted the Apple until we saw Peachipoo!

We personally love how dinky it looks, how neat it is, the chrome frame and also the fact that you can use the carrier as a moses basket.

Also, the ladies in the shop said that they are not sure whether you'll still be able to get the converter for the Apple in 1yr to 18 months time, which would be no good to us.

Sooooo, whar are you gonna go for??

Hia im expecting my 3rd baby in september nother little boy and have been debating on the apple and peach i originally wanted the apple untill i saw the peach i fell in love with it especially the sweat pea colour just after reading everyones posts im worried about the size im 5ft 11 and am quite broad now a little concerned that the peach will look too small for me .. i have tested the silver cross surf which was tiny for me aswel as the babystyle oyster ... the only reason i havnt tested the icandy is where i live nowhere sells them i wud have to travel 14 miles to a shop and without a car and 2 toddlers its a bit difficult. i do still like the apple just i have my hear set on the pea colour peach ... could anybody tell me if it is a petite pram and if it is well suited for tall people please.
Thanks kayleigh:flower:
