So I am going back to school in the Spring to become a Paramedic Technician. In order to do so, I also need to be licensed in EMT-B. My dilemma is this: if I'm due the very end of November and EMT is only one semester, does it make more sense to try and do that now to be ready for spring, or wait and find childcare for my Spring classes?

Para Tech in the Spring would be online, so the only classes I would need to attend are the EMT. If not for the last three weeks of term, I'd be going now, for sure.

I'm not sure if they're comparable, as it sounds like your course work could include some physical demands -I'm due December 10th and needed 2 classes to finish my masters. I'm braving it and hoping for the best! I did talk to the instructors already so hopefully they can be a little accommodating if needed...now we're racing to see what gets here first -baby or diploma!
