il explain what they are:

when you buy disney dvds, you have ablue card inside with a code that you put on disneymovierewards.co.uk and exchange them for gitfts like new dvds ect...

does anyone have any to swap? x

No sorry! tell you what tho ! i brought a couple of dvds one time, put the code in and it broke and i didn't get the points! but as far as it was concerned the serial number was used the buggers ! lol
