Distracted 10-month old and Lipase

So LO has been drinking less and less milk during the day (while I'm at work) since she started solids. She went from 10-11 oz while I'm gone to 4-5 oz. I discovered last week I have excess lipase. I've scalded my milk this week but LO is drinking the same amount! Hubby says she just doesnt want it, wants to play and prefers water with her meals. She also reverse cycles (feeds 2-3x/night) since day 1. I'd say in a 24-hr span, she feeds 5x. On weekends, it's the normal 3-4 hr interval. Should I be concerned? Is this normal for this age? She's almost a year...

My 6 month old has been eating 4-6 ounces while I'm at work lately. It's kind of weird how little she eats during the day! She cluster feeds at the end of the day and has a big meal or two between 4 and 7 in the morning.
