Hiya!
I am nearly 8 weeks and have started feeling dizzy and lightheaded after eating. I had this with my last pregnancy, albeit later on, and I put it down to low BP.
This time it has started much earlier. I just checked my BP and it was 109/73. Can anyone shed any light? Thanks!
