Dizzy Spells

I'm 2.5months postpartum, and I keep getting dizzy spells! Very annoying, and a tad dangerous when I'm hauling baby around. I accidently thunked the little guy's head on a doorpost with one this morning Not hard enough that he cried much, but still, not good.

Is anyone else getting dizzy spells? Could it just be from being constantly under-rested?

It could be that you're tired, but it may be worth going to the doctor to see if your iron is low... I was having dizzy spells, and when i went to lie down it felt like the room was spinning, I'd also get a head rush when I stood up. I had blood tests and it turned out I was anemic, all sorted now and feel much better.
