Do I BD every day or every other day!??

Ok,
so I am suppose to ovulate this week. We started BD'ing on monday... Yesterday we BD'd because I had serious EWCM.... this morning I had some still.. My question is, do I continue to BD tonight since I have EWCM and then wait till my positive OPK or can I BD every 24hrs this week? My OPK's look almost positive this morning so I am sure by tomorrow/ friday they will be positive. Me and DH are very healthy. He's 31 and I don't think he has a problem with his sperm count.. so again, should I do it every day or every other day? I just don't want to miss my window this month......

If your DH has a normal sperm count, and you give it 24 hours between BDs, you should be fine doing it again today. There are different schools of thought, but from what I've been able to figure out from reading and talking to my doctor, it's the best way to maximise your chances.

Honestly, I would BD more than once a day, but I'm all about BDing anyways haha As long as your hubby has a normal sperm count it doesn't matter how often you BD because only the best swimmers make it even near your egg. I would go for it!

I have had many different doctors telling me different advice.
one told me every day
one told me every other
one told me you could even BD twice a day
one told me twice a week spaced out so you ensure there is enough sperm every day

I am partial to the every day or every other day myself. It depends if Dh is having a stressful week or not on which method we try.

There are so many different opinions on this topic! I say everyday until a couple of days after ovulation, but that's just my opinion. I also say if you feel like doing it more than once a day one day, why the heck not? Again, this is just my opinion. Some reliable sources I have been referring to on the internet (The American Pregnancy Association website) says that if you BD 2-3 times the week you're ovulating you can get pregnant. So, who knows?! I do think that 24 hours apart all week is great though!

We like to start about 4 or 5 days prior to OV and everyday until OV and then we the next 2 days after OV for safe measure!

It all depends on the sperm count. Although most articles i have read say that trying too close together can cause the sperm to be less motile. Out of everything that I have read, which trust me it's a lot!, it seems that the best method is every other day. But I guess just do whatever feels right to you!
