Do we ever stop worrying

I'm pregnant with number 8 (7 kids 1 mc) and because this makes me high risk my Dr wants me to go for an early scan so I can start fragmin injections (can't start unroll ectopic is ruled out because it would be dangerous)

So my scan is booked for tomorrow and I will either be 5+6 or 6+5 I'm scared to go too early and not see a hb so am thinking of delaying it until next Friday when I would be 7+0 or 7+5 I'm so stressed but really thinking I would freak out if I went too early and saw nothing

I think to ease you fears you should go in as soon as possible. Good luck.

I would go in as planned, and most likely if you are not far enough to see the HB, they will reschedule for 2 weeks- so you would get an extra glimpse of your little bean

I was a little upset when I went in for my first scan at 6+2/4 and didn't see a HB, but then we got to go back 2 weeks later and super strong HB.

Personally I would do it all over again that way, because I did get to see the sac and got reassurance that there wasn't an ectopic or anything like that.
