Do you decorate your fibre optic tree?

Our tree is one of the fibre optic ones with baubles and stars already attached (they light up, really tacky but DS loves it lol!). Like this one only 6ft

Thing is, it looks great in the dark but a bit sad during the day. Just wondering whether to get a few decorations to jazz it up a bit, but there isn't much room!

Does anyone else bother?

If its that tall, I would. We have a table one that's only maybe 2 ft, and it has poinsettias on it too, so I don't add anything to it. Its too small to add anything else though.

We did when we had one. Although t didn't have baubles it did have the stars . It was a 4 foot one.

We got the FO one so there was nothing for DS to pull off it, but he's almost 3 now so I think they'll be safe - famous last words

I went a bit mad in The Range today lol. I got some lovely wired organza ribbon to wrap around the tree, some glittery bows, cute wooden hearts and stars, metal hanging santas/snowmen/robins, and some hanging jingle bells. All pretty DS-proof I hope!

I also got a nativity scene, fairy lights for the trees outside the front door, fairy lights to put in my fireplace and some window/wall stickers. Spent a small fortune oops!
