YES. Especially freaks me out when I'd rather spend a whole day working and catching up on paperwork than be a parent. So I do both things poorly and think, ugh, why do I bother trying to do anything well any more!

I feel like this sometimes, only when I'm in a bad mood but it's a shit feeling and sometimes it's hard to shake it off!
But most of the time I feel angry about having to do house work rather than look after my LO. I HATE housework.

Yep me too but the PP says I actually think its more about doing the housework than looking after my LO! If someone else would clean my house I'd feel less like this lol!

Yeah all the time mostly when i havent had much sleep and i just want a lye in!!
Most mornings i try to get my husband not to go to work but i know if he doesnt work we wont have any money i just find being a parent easier when there is 2 of us cos i can do things like eat, go to the loo, have a shower/bath, do the washing up and other housework and catch up on sleep cos my husband can look after lo but when im here all alone los needs come first and i just have to wait!

Yes the forum is great it's great listening to other mummys. I'm the same if the house is a mess and things it's worse ahhhh. I think it's cause everything is on hold. Bless my lo is a good boy as well but my oh has just went back to work after being on holiday so I'm trying to get back into routine x

At the moment I am very lucky that madam goes down at 8/9pm and doesn't get up till gone 8am sometimes she wakes at 5am has a bottle and goes back down until 10am... So ive caught up on some sleep.. But I'm not naive i know this will change (like it was before) and I guarantee that I will beg for1 day off. Ha.i think the worst is when your ill or its that time of the month and your lethargic and grumpy but you still have to get up and do the day job... I love LO but will be the first to admit that sometimes being a mama is hardwork.

But tbh theres a girl on my facebook who goes out every weekend (her mum has her child for the whole weekend) and has been on holidays without him too. I couldnt do that even if I had the chance to xx

This!! The friday feeling no longer meaning anything is sometimes pretty depressing. I miss being able to sleep in occasionally.
There were about 3 or 4 days last month that were the first time I'd say I really just did not want to be a mum because I wasn't well. I think it hits you more when you find a day where you really struggle to take care of yourself let alone another person x
