not in the first couple months I often squeezed to make sure milk was still coming out when LO had long feeds. now its very intense when a feed starts and my nipples change shape. I get it in the shower too and if im not wearing a bra and I put a shirt on. or if its been awhile since a feed and I hear LO fuss. often during as well
