hi babyfromgod sometimes you can ovulate the same day and sometimes it can be the following day or even 2 days after ive only ever ovulated the same day once hope that helps
You can ovulate anywhere from 12 to 36 hours from your last positive opk.
Because we can't test every minute of every day we are never sure of knowing when our surge "ends" which would start the 12-36 hour timer.
So assuming you catch the last part of your surge when you test at 9 or 10am on a certain day, technically you can ovulate 12 hours later at the earliest which would make it 9-10 pm on the same day.
Most of us though I think, ovulate about 24 hours later (I think that's the statistical average). So we all assume we ovulate the next day or so.
I'm wondering if I caught the egg or not. I had a positive opk(very dark) at
10am, by 10pm it was negative. We bd'd at 6pm. What do you guys think? Hopeful?
