Do you put socks under sleepsuits?

I put them on the outside over the sleepsuit feet, that way they can be removed easily if baby gets too warm. Mostly I put them on if we were going outside then removed them when we got home.

Also put socks over sleepsuit feet when my babies were older and cruising/walking to help when they moved up a size and had the trailing feet thing, to stop them tripping or getting tangled :) They just had baggy knees instead of trailing sleepsuit feet everywhere :)

My DD's feet always felt warm in sleepsuits and she is very much a winter baby. The only thing that got cold was her hands but we used to use the sleepsuits with built in mittens which helped. I never worried too much about hands/feet anyway as they're not a good indicator of temperature - best to check back of the neck :)
