Do you put socks under sleepsuits?

I put them on the outside over the sleepsuit feet, that way they can be removed easily if baby gets too warm. Mostly I put them on if we were going outside then removed them when we got home.

Also put socks over sleepsuit feet when my babies were older and cruising/walking to help when they moved up a size and had the trailing feet thing, to stop them tripping or getting tangled They just had baggy knees instead of trailing sleepsuit feet everywhere

My DD's feet always felt warm in sleepsuits and she is very much a winter baby. The only thing that got cold was her hands but we used to use the sleepsuits with built in mittens which helped. I never worried too much about hands/feet anyway as they're not a good indicator of temperature - best to check back of the neck
