Doc Appointment

Hey guys-
Today I have my 17-wk check up and am a little nervous, as in my other threads, I was asking about aches and pains. I'm hoping everything is normal in there and there are no worries. Say a prayer for me!

Good luck at your appt! Im sure everything is just fine, I get a ton of aches and pains, just stretching as my doc says. Its normal!

Like seattle said, we get soooo many different kinds of aches and pains but its all probably stretching etc. totally understandable that you worry though. I know I do all the time

Yeah I'm sure you'll be fine it's normal for some aches and pains, the uterus stretches to 1000 times it's usual size !

Hey everyone...well you were right, everything is perfect! She said the baby is nesting on my right side when I sleep at night (which I sleep on my right side) and that may be why I'm feeling more aching and cramping on that side during the day. She also said aches and cramps are normal as my uterus is growing and it is to be expected.

She said everything looks great and we heard the heartbeat once again loud and strong at 160 bpm. It jumped from mid 140's bpm from my appointment a month ago! Amazing! We have our sexing scan next Friday and I honestly don't even think I can wait that long! Thanks everyone for your encouraging words!

Good luck but I'm sure it will be fine. I had mine just over a week ago and I'd been nervous for about 2 weeks in advance but it went fine. I've had aches and pains all the way through and it's just normal growing, mixed with a little gas for me, lol! Now I'm just worrying about my 20 week scan lol..... never learn.

Im glad your appt went well. Its crazy how much the heart beat changes, at 7 weeks mine was 128bpm then at 19 weeks it was 160bpm and yesterday at 20 weeks it was 149bpm. I wonder why it changes so much.

Your scan will be here before you know it! I thought it would take forever for mine to get here and now it has come and passed. Just focus on everything else and the time will fly. Keep us posted about how the scan goes

A rambunkshus active baby is gonna have a little faster bpm than a sleeping one.
