Doc thinks it might be a girl... 12 wks

Hello!

I had my NT scan today, and the doc said "I think I have an idea what the gender is." She said she thinks it might be a girl, because she didn't see anything to suggest it would be a boy.

Looks like.. a fetus.. to me.

Thoughts?
