I'm so confused... My AFs are always about 4 days long, and I always have pms, I usually have to use a heat pad for period pains and ibuprofen. This month I had no pms whatsoever.... AF arrived on time, but shocked me as I had none of my usual signals. I bled for 2 days on and off. It wasnt light but it wasnt as heavy as usual... i kept thinking it would pick up pace and then it stopped. And now its gone..? I had no period pain its so strange! I'm so worried my cycles will be messed up after my mmc. My friend said not to worry, and plod on, it was prob just a short AF and nothing to worry about, but I am worried! I've just read that may mean I didn't ovulate... No ovulation means I can't fall again... I just want to feel pregnant again 
the strangest thing is I had all my usual ovulation signs, cm, pain on one side (which I get every month)
Sorry for the long post... Can anyone shed some light? Has this happened to u? Did it mean u didnt ovulate? Did u contact ur doctor? Any advise or stories would be great.
