Hi Everyone - Hope you're all doing well!
Arrrgh Although I go to sleep everynight lying on my side with my bump supported by a pillow, I keep waking up on my back!!
At first I wasn't too worried by this because a) what can I do? this happens in my sleep and b) I've never felt dizzy or anything on wakeing from sleeping this way! However I've just read somewhere that it can restrict oxygen supply to the baby and naturally I'm panicking that I may have done some damage
Does anyone have the same problem and/or know if I'm likely to have damaged the baby!? c xxxxx
