Does anyone else have "morning sickness" for PMS?

I think this happened only once or twice that I can remember before having my son. However, like 3 cycles out of the last 7 (since AF started back up again), I've had straight up "morning sickness" kind of sick for a week before AF comes, then it gradually decreases and then disappears the day my flow stops. I'm waiting for my period now (tested BFN this morning at 14 dpo, so I'm not preggo), and this time it was even to the point that I threw up in the middle of the night last night (some kind of acid reflux and nausea combo, I don't normally have issues with reflux, though, so it definitely feels like it's part of this PMS mess).

Anyone have anything similiar?

Yep! Not recently but I have had it in the past several times, especially between having my children.

My last three cycles!
I usually start spotting two days before af. But the past three months, when i start spotting im up all night thowing up.
Im seeing a specialist next month and this is one of the main reasons why

Yes, although I'm not sick with it just feel extremely nauseous and I get awful heartburn.
