I'm watching road wars and its shown some clips of burglaries with burglars armed with knifes and prepared to use then, and also some poor man innocently attacked whilst sleeping on a train, he could of been killed :nope:

I feel so anxious about this kind of thing. At night, I ask my Gran about 4 times if everythings locked etc and the slightest noise and i'm up out of bed checking. I just can't relax.

I'm off back to uni soon and i'm so worried about leaving my Gran on her own  I text her every morning to make sure everythings ok. This world is ridiculous, I should feel safe in my own home.

I can't be the only one who worries about this surely? It's always on my mind  and i'm dreading going back to uni because I don't want to leave her on her own again.

Honey, these are certain scenes chosen for a show for entertainment purposes. I wouldn't worry too much about it, lots of bad things happen every day that you are not aware of. If you worry about it all your life, you'll miss a lot of things. Trust me when I say, stop worrying, your family will be fine I'm sure. At the end of the day, you can't prevent anything happening but I'm sure your Gran won't be at risk.

I worry about all sorts im on my own in my house all week till the weekend when my partner comes home from work (he works away during weeks), actually at the moment im too scared to go to bed its so silly!! and i feel like a big kid!! i should be brave and not worry as i have my daughter to look after but i just cant help it.. sometimes i even feel like im about to have a panic attack.. other nights i will be completely fine though.. but at the moment its one of the nights were i am so scared to be on my own!! slight noise in house makes my heart race.. its horrible feeling this way.

I get like that mainly after watching crimewatch or something. It's normal to worry about things like that occasionally just try not to let it take over.

Sometimes but I try not to think about it that much. :flow:
