just feel fat and ugly some days. I am really having trouble getting in to my head that the weight I am gaining is because I'm pregnant. I just keep thinking I am getting fat and the paranoia is really beginning to depress me. I just feel gross. :sad2:
I'm sorry I don't mean to sound petty because I am so thankful and happy to be pregnant after all the problems I have had during my pregnancy.
But i'm starting to obsess with what I eat and its worrying me a little. Thanks for letting me get it off my chest. xx

i felt down sometimes too hun, was like wen i was happy i was really happy, but wen i was sad, omg i was miserable! thankfully the good days outweighed the bad days! xx

Aww, hon, I know how you feel. I was always concerned about keeping slim, etc. and I had a very hard time throughout my pregnancies. I felt frumpy and fat. I am usually 95 lbs. and am 5' tall so to gain all that pregnancy weight made me feel like a waddling fat duck.

I am into my 12th week and have already gained 8 lbs. And when my clothes really start to not fit, which probably will be within the next two weeks, I will have a very depressing time.

You are beautiful btw so please keep your chin up!

Is this your first?

It is tough some days! You are half-way there though and you will be back to your pre-pregnancy weight in no time after the baby is born.

I know, it's no consolation at this time. Why don't you have some pampering done such as getting your nails done, or something that will make you feel a bit better?

Yeah thats a good idea, i will pamper myself. Thank you :hugs: x

Charlotte, I saw the pic you posted the other day and you look like a super model. Don't even stress yourself in the slightest.

Ha ha Aqua you seriously have me in stitches, that definatey made my day even tho i think your a little mad, i wish my OH could lie and say stuff like that rather than "oh look at your pouch" x

my hubby sometimes calles me his little whale :) hahahaha...oh well.

yeah i feel like all the time, i keep thinking people will just think i'm fat, my OH doesnt help much cause hes slim and theres me getting fat, i worry that i wont lose the fat after as well,

I've been getting like that. I'm in the stage where I look fat as opposed to pregnant. I only fit into my pajamas or my tracksuit bottoms now. I don't want to admit defeat and get maternity clothes because I think it's a bit ealry yet

Although your OH is very tame with his comments, I get called 'Big Sue' Also he walks up to me, puts his hands on my belly and goes, 'Look at your big wobbly belly'. It's great when I'm full of hormones

Men don't help matters, do they?

I feel that way a lot and I've only gained 4 pounds...but since I lost 25 in the first tri I haven't really gained ANY. I'm overweight to begin with and I just feel fatter and such.

i feel exactly the same sweetie, and gets no kind of nice words from my OH too. It really makes me down too, i just feel ugly too. But i reckon we should get back to normal after we have given birth. Lets be positive... xxxxx

I wouldn't worry charlotte you're very pretty you are just having one of those days you'll prob feel much better tommorow.!!
I'd do as leanne suggested and get my nails done or something like that, I find doing my hair and makeup often helps
xxx

i feel the same charlotte but u still look great in ur pic. my DH says i waddle like a duck and i have the dreaded stretch marks to. i think its all the hormones making you think that way xxx
