My advice would be keep as active as you can but not so active you wear yourself out iykwim. Im not really sure if any thing speeds it up, perhaps try the things that are suggested to bring labour on, spicy food maybe?? not sure if sex if ok if labour has started though. Can you give midwife a bell?
