Does anyone use progesterone cream?

An herbalist sold me some progesterone cream (natural) to help balance my hormones. To try and control AF . So far I am confused about using it and would like to know if anyone had success or side effects.

I've been using it for about 3 weeks. I only noticed one side effect which is kinda weird . . . I noticed I wasn't as sensitive down below when my hubs and I BDed. It wasn't unpleasant by any means but it was different for sure.
