does anyones LO have a problem with constipation on lactose free?

on comfort milk he tends to get diarrhea but on loactose free, we have tried two now, one the hoepital reccommended but he gets constipated with them both and plenty of water dosnt shift it!

I was advised to use LF everytime Omar used to have loose poo when he was a baby. I think it might cause constipation.

Yes my LO was never constipated until we discovered he was lactose intolerant and as soon as we tried lf he became constipated. We tried a bit of very diluted prune juice that seemed to help, he was still always more constipated than before now on neocate and is bettter
