Does contractions feel like gas pains?

I think I might just have gas...

I have no clue personally but a lady came into my work the other day and said she thought she was getting gas pain like pains and such and she thought she was going to be sick then relized it kept happening minutes apart so maybe

if they come and go then its probabally not gas pains ..
But to answer your question when i started getting contractions they were very low under my belly and looking back yes they could feel a bit like gas pain.

Yea they are low between bump and pubic bone...very short and mild though

I had my bloody show this morning.

not for me they don't but the thing to watch for is them coming at regular intervals and increasing in strength
