Does EPO really bring on labour sooner

Those of you that have taken Evening Primrose Oil, orally or vaginally, for a considerable time (perhaps from week 37) do you think it affected the length of your pregnancies??

I've been taking it since 37 weeks and it's my due date today so not for me lol! Just hope it has helped my cervix for when I do go into labour! Heard something about starflower oil doing something, in boots they do a combined epo and starflower capsule but I only saw it the other day so not much point for me now!
