That depends on the reason. If you miscarry due to a genetic abnormality, thats a shot every month but the chances are lower. If you miscarry for other reasons, say inadequate progesterone levels, it can happen again but unless you have more than two early miscarriages in a fairly short amount of time (say 2in a 4 month period) than some doctors wont start running any additional bloodwork unless they have a reason to .
Sorry that didn't answer the question Having a MC wont increase your chances for having another one BUT sometimes there are valid medical reasons for having more than one, THAT would be the cause of increased miscarriage risk. Does that make sense ?
