Yes, they're similar but not too much, plus Elizabeth has endless nn possibilties if you wanted to use them.

Imo they're a little too similar but then again I crossed Annie off our list (which I love and was our close second choice with DD) as I think it sounds too similar to our DD's name Nancy.
