Does teething cause all this?

Daisy is just not herself and really hasn't been for about a week now

She has been really quiet (she usually jibbers away to herself or whines!)

She is not drinking a full bottle anymore, usually drinking about 3oz instead of 5oz

She was loving all her solid foods but just isn't interested anymore, she will eat some but I find I'm having to coax her to open her mouth all the time.

She is so restless, not sleeping through anymore, waking up every hour and only goes back to sleep if one of us stand beside her cot which is strange cos she goes to sleep herself when I put her in her cot at bedtime.

Then she has all the usual symptoms, puting everything in her mouth, refusing her dummy, red cheeks, fingers constantly in her mouth, yukky nappies!

It feels like she has been teething for months but we still have no teeth!
Does it cause all this or should I make a doctors appointment?

Sounds like teething to me. :hugs:

Sounds like she may have a tooth pushing through soon. Hannah's been off her bottles for a while now (though she still loves her solids). Have you tried giving Daisy colder foods (applesauce, fruit cups, yogurts...Hannah really likes those and I think they make her gum feel better). Also give what you can in a bottle and put the rest in a sippy cup (with the no spill plastic thingy removed so she doesn't have to suck to get liquid out) and try giving it to her that way. Works sometimes with Hannah.

we do finally feel a tooth (we actually think maybe 2 now) breaking through Hannah's gum although it's not all the way out yet

i used to pop 2 tea spoons in the fridge, when they were cold i used to give one to rhiannon to pop in her mouth..and just rotate when they got warm...
plus mini milk lollipops... and ashton and parsons and calpol...

rhiannon had all the sympoms for about 4-5 months before she cut her first tooth
