Does the Implanon delay menopause?

Okay so one of my main concerns about our unexplained infertility, is that I may be one of those poor women that hit menopause early, before we've had a family.

I was on the implanon for almost 3 years and was one of the lucky ones that didn't really bleed during that time.

So my question is, if I technically didn't ovulate while I was using the implant, would that delay menopause?
