Does the time of day you have your main meal

make a difference to weight loss?

I would love to be able to have my main meal at lunch time but i worry then that if i got hungry i would eat to much at tea time. Will this effect my weightloss?.

I did read that its best to eat main meal at lunch time. But what if i still eat it at tea time but did some exercise after?

or dosent it really matter as long as stick to my healthy eatting? x
 
In my opinion, shouldnt be a main meal.

Eating every 2.5-3hrs, broken down into 6 meals works better, you keep your body ticking constantly, burning more.

For those who cant do that, i dont see why would be an issue, i use to always have larger meal for tea but restrict the soduim intake 3 days before weigh in could have effect esp night more. Didnt eat after 7pm.
 
bedtime routine starts at 7pm so we are alwasy done by then. With the girls i need 3 meals really with snacks. Cause everytime i eat my eldest has to eat as well. And i dont want her having 6 small meals a day lol.
 
im not gonna worry to much at the moment either way as i have only just started and dont want to do to much to soon. But just curious as to what to work towards
 
I have 1 my mini meals when my girls eat 200-300 calories.

I totally understand it dont work for everyone.
 
I don't think it matters.
Calories are calories, no matter what time you eat them at.
