does this happen with your opks?

Cd 16 today, I have been having progressing opk's, none positive by any means but line at least was darkening, with today having two that were darker than Ive had yet, still not positive, about half the strength of the control line, but now nothing.. is that normal, I've tested 4 times today, this am faint line, 9 am darker, 11 same as 9 , 1:30 light almost gone....

My OPKs have been all over the place since I started using them last cycle. One day I'll get one that looks almost positive, then I'll test throughout the day and the next day, expecting them to get darker but they don't. But I got a solid smiley on my CB dual OPK this morning so I guess I'm ovulating? But cheapie OPK was nowhere near positive. I think OPKs are very easily interfered with to be honest and I think you need to use them in conjunction with another type of tracking (digi OPKs, CM, CP, BBT etc... obviously not all as you'd go crazy!).

I got a near positive again this am, I am temping and tracking cp/cm.
