Does your 5 year old hit ?

Does your 5 year old hit other children if the other child hits them/ pushes them/calls them names/damages something of theirs etc?

He hits his brother but I've never known him to hit any other children.

He hits his brothers back and has started pinching them too which I hate. My son plays a lot of football and I’ve noticed his favourite thing when ‘playing’ with friends is to try and take their legs away which I hate him doing

Maci just turned six but at 5 the only
Person she’d hit back would be her older sister.

She’s way too shy and goody goody to hit any other child and always has been. I’m pretty sure Summer was the same at that age.

Mine didn’t, but there were a few in his class that did...seemed to stop as they got a little bit older

He hits his brother but as far as I know hasn't hit anyone else,he's quite shy at school and tends to play with the girls as he isn't really a rough and tumble child!

My 5 year old DS1 hits his brother at home when they’re having one of the barnies but has never been known to hit other kids at school.
