Dolls house

My in laws want to buy my 3 year old a dolls house for Christmas. They have suggested this one

Anyone have it? Or anyone any ideas of an alternative? Cost isn't really an issue for them

I don't have that one, but did see it in person at a consignment sale and it's really cute. A nice size too. Plus, this was 2nd had so had already been played with and it still looked really good.
