(Don't call me crazy) But I feel pregnant even though I'm on my period?

I started my period three days ago, and normally my PMS stops when I start my period. But I have been feeling EXTREMELY nauseous. My sense of smell is heightened to the point that anything I smell makes me want to throw up. And this has NEVER happened... ever. And it's definitely a period, not just spotting. I know this is extremely rare, I just want to get some clarity as to why I'm feeling like this.

have you tested? I know some ladies have bleeding during pregnancy. idk. lol FX!

I tested the day that my period started and it was negative
