don't know if i'm pregnant

hi my name is Nicole this is my first time on here and i wanted to know if i might be pregnant are not and if I could have a uti. for a week now I've been feeling cramping like pain, headache, peeing a lot, sleeping more and today i was spotting a little then it stopped and I've been feeling hungry and thrust more. Also it hurts when I pee and my period hasn't come yet but I didn't missed it . I've never felt this way before please help.

Your symptoms more point towards a uti. You could be pregnant but you'll need to test for that.

sounds like UTI but you could be preggers too
