my doctors is closed for god knows how long due to an earthquake we have had, we are meant to be in a state of emergency but our house is fine lol, anyway i have an appointment for wednesday but ovbiously i cant go now, should i just book one with a different doctor in the town over which is fine and i have to go there for work everyday anyway...
would another doctor even see me about this?
i am so gutted been crying all afternoon i am so worried about bubbs and just want a blood test and a scan asap, although i know a scan will be a few weeks off as the hospitals and scaning places will be shut for awhile
i cant even go and buy some pregnancy tests because no shops are open

hon you couldnt get a scan now no matter where you were! Worried or not, places open or not it'd show like nothing so early on. It's not like there's anything that a doctor could do or would do in a week or two that they could do now. Just wait.

if you're in Christchurch the hospys are still open. I saw it on the news lol, the maternity ward'd had its busiest day ever.

generally you will have your first appointment between 8-12 weeks, so you have time. If your doctors send you for a dating scan, you will most likely get it between those weeks too. Good luck with your doctors opening back up =]

yeah i know i just wanted some blood tests to see if hcg is rising..
i know 3 people who m/c during or after the quake so i just over scared i think
