Don't Think I O'd This Month :(

So I had an ectopic on my right side that I had 2 surguries. I felt O cramps and pains on my right side a few days ago, but never had a positive OPK and my temps are not reflecting ovulation (my chart: https://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/3874f8 ). What do you guys think? I scheduled a dr appt for Dec. 9, but it's just an initial visit with a gp. Who knows how long it will take me to get into an obgyn to see if my tube is blocked...

*hugs* I've never used an OPK or tracked temps...but I'm hoping that maybe you just missed detecting it somehow and that you O'ed and caught an egg anyway?
I also hope you get to see someone soon about your tube.
