What's everyone doing with toddler/baby??
My youngest will be a month off 2&1/2 when little nub arrives and even now it's a challenge to get him to stay in his pushchair I just don't know whether to get a double?!? Or a buggy board/seat?? I've been looking at the baby city jogger double just not sure if it's worth it.. Any experience??

Id say if you're already struggling getting him to stay in the pram he will probably be better with a board. Is he quite independent? Xx

I'm in a similar situation. My DS will be just 2 when this baby comes and he already is not keen on the stroller. I think was ill do is get a board for him to stand on (I have the bugaboo bee). The lady in the store said 'what about when you go to places like Disneyland?' I just laughed and said 'I won't be going alone!' I figure if we all go out somewhere for the whole day I won't be by myself so we can bring the maclaren for my toddler. Also thinking I'll put the new baby in the carrier if I need DS in the stroller. Been thinking about it a lot and came to the conclusion I wouldnt use a double enough for it to be justified and if I find after the new baby is born I really need one then I'll get one then. :)

We've got a payment plan set up for the oyster 2, we are getting a buggy board as DD barely uses her pushchair now

Even though my son will still be quite young when this baby arrives (16 months) we decided against a double stroller. Aside from the fact that it was too big to fit in my car, I figured I would never be out alone with both kids somewhere like Disneyland or the zoo and for short shopping trips I can just wear the baby and put my toddler in the cart or an umbrella stroller.

My son is a tad older. He will be two months of 3 when lo is born. I'm adding comment as my lb has been walking out of his buggy (his choice) since he turned two. He's very independent and refuses point blank to go in his stroller.

I like the idea of having a baby in a body carrier in any.cases I would need to take toddlers stroller such as holidays and such

When i had my third my middle one was exactly like yours.. He was 2 and a a couple months and i was struggling to keep him in a single stroller but we went ahead and got the double and we only used it once or twice at the most.. It was a waste of money honestly

It was the same with my other two. We've still got the double but I expect it will hardly be used, my youngest is even more hating of the pram than my oldest was

I have the icandy peach and was debating whether to get the additional seat to make it into a double, but I think it would be a waste. I can't even remember the last time DD went in her pram. I've not even bothered to put it in the boot for months as she walks everywhere. Plus, if we are going anywhere for the day etc, then I imagine I won't be alone so I can take the buggy for DD.

Thanks everyone xx I think I'm going to go for a nice single + board+ carrier. We do have a holiday to Disney world booked for when baby is 4 months but as we are from the UK we lol just hire a double there as we have before xx
