Down, Troubled and more waiting.

I'm 35, I have endometriosis, I have a cyst on my left ovary of 3.6cm and one on my right 3.1 cm. I have regular periods, but somehow am annovulatory 3 out of 4 months. I tried Soy Isoflavones in July, August and Sept of 2012 and in October I decided to stop. A week after my AF I had pains so bad in my right ovary I had to go to the ER, and a week later my boobs are so painful I wake up crying.

After this AF doc wants me on BC. The last time I was pregnant was right off BC resulting in MC. That was 2 years ago. I'm thinking the BC especially the extended pills i.e. Lybrel work the best, but they gave me Lessina. I'm thinking of going to PP to get Lybrel again only because AF produces horrific cramps, and BC placebo pills aren't my bag.

I want the Pre-AF and AF pains to go away, but I want to be pregnant too.

I just want to cry.

I'm so sorry you are going through this! I also have very painful periods and my FS has mentioned a laparoscopy. (not sure how to spell it and writing from my phone). Have you looked into that?
