I have episodes where I feel like just doing this dishes I'm out of breath and heart pounding. I'm only 6 and a bit weeks. I had it in my first pregnancy but later than this. I don't want to through all that again. It's making me sad and worries
anyone else get this?

I get this too but I find that mild exercise actually helps.

I've been feeling a bit short of breath too, our bodies are working hard to grow a little baby so you will find your heart rate rises etc. However, you could be anemic. That commonly makes you short of breath and tired. Get your doctor to check your HB levels. Xx

I do remember that in previous pregnancy if I pushed past that horrible feeling like went for a walk or something. It did help. It's just hard makes me want to lay down

Also dehydration can cause that, make sure you're getting enough fluids x

I'm actually be g referred to cardiologist due to fast heart rates (around 150 bpm) I'd definitely mention it to dr/midwife
