Hey ladies!
I think Logan is in the process of dropping his morning nap, he only has 2 naps a day atm, normally 30-60 minutes at 10am, then 1.5-2 hours at 2pm.

The last few days his morning nap has got later and later, today his nap started at 12:30and he is still asleep now...I think he'll wake between 2:30-3pm which means he wont be tired until 6:30/7pm, his bedtime is roughly 7-8pm...

Is anyone elses 9 month old only on one nap a day? I thought this didn't happen until 18 months or thereabouts? (Going by my nephew not anything i've read)
The 7pm bedtime is a new thing thats only happened in the last week or so, which has naturally happened
Is he getting enough sleep?!

Lily's just dropped down to 1 nap recently at around 1 yr. She'll now do one long nap after lunch. It was really hard for her adjusting to it and it took a few weeks to settle into a new routine (I had to bring lunch forward to 11-11:30am so that she was awake enough to eat!!). I'd say he's probably getting enough, depending how long he sleeps for at night xx

He STTN from 7pm-7am...was 9pm-7am until he started dropping this nap.

Hes getting roughly 14 hours out of 24. He's happy enough so i guess he must be getting enough sleep

I would try to maintain the two naps :flower: Some kids are ready at 12 months, most are ready closer to 15-18 months. 9 months is really young and he's sleeping so well, so it sounds like you're doing the right thing.

Ciara has been on one nap from around 10 months. It definitely suits her. She usually naps now for around 1.5 hours starting around 11.30am. She sleeps roughly 7.30pm - 7.30am.

It didn't surprise me that she dropped to one nap early as she's never been a big daytime sleeper

my just 9 month old has basically gone to one nap a day for a few weeks,

it started with me putting her down for her regular 45min nap at 10/11 ish and she would sleep for an hour and a half then when i tried to put her down for her afternoon nap she would go absolutely insane and just scream!

so now i try and keep her up till anything between 11.30 and 1 and put her down and she does approx an hr and a half. sometimes shes getting tired by 10.30 especially if shes got up at 6.30 but i just try and hold out! by 5 ish shes also really really tired but i just keep her amused till 5.45/6ish to put her to bed an she falls asleep before shes even hit the cot mattress!! she normally sleeps till around 7.30/8 am though...

Thanks everyone!
Im just going to let him lead me, I've always just let him sleep when he's tired and he's always fell into his own routine
He only had one nap today and was asleep at 7pm again :)

Anabella's been on one nap a day for ages now, but saying that she wakes around 9.30am every morning.

I follow her lead and it works fine :)

My LO did exactly what you did at about 9 months as well, turns out he was ready a lot earlier than most babies! Sounds like its working well so I'd stick with it

This is happening with my LO too so I've been wondering whether to try for just one nap a day. It's coincided with her sleeping until 7am 2 days in a row rather than until just 5am or 5:30am so I guess she's still getting the same amount of sleep overall.
