I won't get into why I need it, but I was asked to provide a doctor's note for my morning sickness. I didn't seek any treatment for my sickness because even though it was draining, it wasn't severe or life threatening, and I am not comfortable taking any medication while pregnant. Would a doctor still give me a note even though I didn't see him for my morning sickness?

Depends on your doctor. Are you still getting ms at 24 weeks?
I'm curious as to why you'd need a doctors note for ms tho...

I think if you explain the situation to them they shouldn't have a problem with it. They know you are pregnant, they know ms is a side effect of being pregnant. I would think that an OB would write a note for whatever you say will make things easier for you. I know mine has after blood draws when I haven't felt up to going back to work. not really medically necessary but they didn't mind giving me a legitimate excuse. I didn't need it though, my work has been pretty dang great.

Thanks.

I don't have ms anymore. I'm just trying to resolve a problem that it caused. :(

If you need a back dated sick note then chances are if you didn't see the doctor at the time then no they wont write you one as they wont know if you did have ms or not. I hope everything is ok.

Hmm yeah I dunno then if it's back dated, explain things to the doctor and see what they can do for you
