Drying Up

Well, unfortuanetly, I think I am drying up. Valerie is not having as many wet diapers as she usually does and when she eats, my let downs are not like they used to. There is definitely a difference. Here is my question for you girls; she is nearly 11 months old....so what can I give her to replace the breastmilk. I really do not want to give formula; I was hoping to not have to use it at all. Can I jump straight to Organic Whole Cow's milk?

Personally I'd try push it as long as possible and go straight to the whole milk.

Yeah I wouldn't give it to her yet. But as they get older they start to hold their pee for longer periods of time instead of peeing ALL the time...maybe that's it? Does she pee more at once when she does go? Does she seem satisfied still? I know as Hayden got older, closer to 1 I didn't feel my let down the same either

She does seem to pee more at one time when she does go; just not as often. You may be right about that. I never thought about that. I hope I'm not drying up!!!

Brenn is having fewer wets as well, and when I bought his latest set of cloth diapers, the woman mentioned that he was at an age it would be slowing down.
