Hi Heather.78, you have to post a few more posts and then you can put a ticker on as your signature, it will come up then automatically every time you post X
Congrats!! ive only told my mum (of course) and my partner a colleague at work (he has 3 sons so we figured he could keep schtum, you know! I feel really bad having to fend people off, and stay at home etc as im known to like a drink when out so it would be VERY obvious if i didnt have a drink, ha, ha.. So is this your first child together or am i getting this wrong?
So far Im due the 11th Sept. I expect that might change though as this is my first and we haven't had a scan yet, although I know exactly when we conceived
Cannot wait to have a bump and go to the first scan!!!!!
Hi there
Well i am also due in sept and to be honest its all come as a huge shock! I was convinced i couldnt get pregnant again and as i havent been with my partner that long its tough for us both, having said that i am slowly coming to terms with the fact and am hoping i stop feeling so lousy soon as its starting to get to me. My Partner is over the moon but has absolutely no idea how i feel and no idea how us pregnant women act (mood swings, feeling nauseous, not knowing what i want from day to day!!boy is he in for a shock lol) But on the whole i think now i am starting to get excited and will be glad when i get past the dreaded 1st trimester and as i am 37 there are also other worries to take in!!! Phew so nice to get things off my chest.Anyway names karen if you fancy a chat get in touch.Byeeeeee for now

Hi Karen, Im 37 too and i know exactly what your;re eluding to. in fact, i got my letter from the hospital today regarding the dating scan but also to have a 'chat' about tests and stuff since im older... Im not too bothered about it, well i try to be pragmatic i guess anyway, at least you have some frame of referance as you already have children, being pregnant i mean- this is my first so everything is entirely new
Hope you're feeling well, ive been lucky and not had nasuea so far (fingers crossed!) little bit tired and slightly moody perhaps.. pretty normal... cannot wait for the scan and get some bump so i can celebrate being properly pregnant!!
Ive already posted on here, saying i was due on 2nd september. But had to see a horriblenurse today and they told me im not as far on as they thought, so now im due on the 15th/16th
Hi Im 34 and single(ish) and I'm due September sometime, not quite sure when i conceived as it was all a tad unplanned
Waiting for my dating scan and rocking between excitement and total paralyzing fear
Can't wait to tell everyone so that i can be seen in public again, i'm in hiding at the moment because i'm showing already and i drink and smoke and party like a demon usually so my bump and lack of white wine and cigarette are going to be a huge give away
, I'm due 6th September I think. Had my 2nd scan last friday & could see a bean & a heartbeat!
I have twin daughters, who are 15 next month & a son who is 10, but this is our first with my hubby
Hi guys - Im nearly 37 and this will be my third child (assuming it sticks!!) I had a miscarriage on 25th December so was shocked to find myself pregnant again so soon.
What sort of additional things have you been advised to have as an "older!!" mum?
I'm not even sure how far along I am but as we've only BD'd twice since my miscarriage it must be between 4.5 and 5.5 weeks!! I want to have the nucal fold scan and I understand you need to be done at the right time for it to be worthwhile - anyone know anything about it?
Sorry for all the questions!!
Tasha
